I'm telling you I keep meaning to post more engagement sessions, but with as many weddings as we shoot I can barely keep up with the blog. I've been meaning to share Laura Jane and Cody's engagement session for awhile. I was in love with every click of the shutter and this couple's ease and comfort in front of the lens. Laura Jane introduced me to Tanglewood Park which has quickly become one of my most favorite places in all of North Carolina. Bill and I camped there overnight we loved it so much. It's calm and peaceful and I've dubbed it the "mini Biltmore" as you have to drive it in a loop to see it all in it's glory. I can't wait for this Christmas to go and see it's Christmas light display.
Laura Jane and Cody are set to be married this January. When I asked them why they were having a winter wedding I loved their reason. She said they love winter. They love winter sports like skiing and when it came time to plan their wedding they sat back and thought about how great it would be every year to go away for their anniversary and do something they love and not have to worry about crowds. GENIUS! We're so excited for their wedding at Hanover Park Vineyards in Yadkinville. Until then, we hope you LOVE these images!!
