Morgan & Justin, Highgrove Estate - Fuquay-Varina, NC

There is nothing we love more than when when bridesmaids or groomsmen from past weddings become our brides or grooms.  We love it.  They've seen us work, they know how crazy we are, how silly we can be and how much we love what we do.  Morgan and Justin were kind of that way.  Morgan was a bridesmaids from one of our past Disney weddings (Samantha and Chris).  The funny thing was I was extremely pregnant and on bed rest and didn't get to shoot, Samantha's wedding, even though I knew everything about the wedding and edited the photos and completely felt like I knew Samantha and Morgan and all about them.  When we moved to North Carolina apparently Morgan was so excited and loved Samantha's photos so much she was willing to give me (Rachel) a try!!  I happily accepted and immediately fell in love with Justin and Morgan.  A couple who (like so many of ours) had no idea how to relax or smile for their engagement session and it was kind of like pulling teeth to make them look natural during their session.  We really just ended up laughing for two hours but it worked and their photos came out great (not tooting my own horn)...we really just ended up having fun and it worked.

Onto their wedding day, Justin "said" he appreciated my honesty and just wanted me to do my thing so they could get to the party.  Morgan loved the romance of it all.  She appreciated the sentiment of every single moment and for January and I, that's a dream come true.  A groom who respects us and bride who loves sentiment?  We're in!  The day was perfect, it really was.  Morgan was escorted down the aisle by her sweetheart of a grandfather and given away to a mixture of tears and laughter.  After some quick family photos, a few bribes (I always have to bribe the wedding party and a flower girl and ring bearer) and then some nice quiet moments with just the bride and groom the party was underway!  SO MUCH FUN!  It couldn't last forever but the couple exited to sparklers outside of the estate house and were driven away (escorted safe and sound) by Morgan's sweetie Grandpa, dressed appropriately as a chauffeur.

We love you Morgan and Justin...we love you Samantha and Chris.  You all have been such a blessing to our lives, we're not sure if you'll ever really know just how much!  Congratulations...you're finally starting your Happily Ever After!
